Terms of purchase
These General Terms and Conditions – hereinafter referred to as "GTC" – regulate the conditions of use of the service provided by Attila Csató E.V. – hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider" – through the www.jatekvilag.hu website, hereinafter referred to as "Service".
The concluded contract qualifies as an electronically concluded contract, which is governed by the provisions of Sections 5 and 6 of Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Issues of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services. The contract concluded electronically qualifies as a written contract, which we file and provide with an order ID, so that it can be accessed and viewed afterwards, and we do not submit to the provisions of any code of conduct.
1. General
By ordering in the www.jatekvilag.hu webshop operated by Attila Csató E.V. (hereinafter referred to as the "Webshop"), the customer declares that he has understood and accepts these terms and conditions.
This contract is valid for an indefinite period from 8 October 2024 and covers the electronic commerce service provided in the Hungary through the webshop operated by Attila Csató E.V.

4. Description of the service
The Service Provider sells toys, stationery, balloons, party supplies and accessories to Customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") through the www.jatekvilag.hu website.
Our webshop deals with retail and wholesale of children's toys. The products can be purchased for individuals and retailers through the webshop, and we provide the opportunity to pick up the products in person in our Budapest store.

5. The process of ordering and the conditions of purchase when ordering via the Internet
The purchase can be made both with and without registration. If you want to make multiple purchases, it is recommended to register to save time. The registered Customer can place his order electronically with the password and username provided by him.
By viewing the Webshop, registering and making a purchase (or any of these) a contract is concluded between the Webshop and the user in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.
The User is obliged to provide real data during the purchase/registration. In case of incorrect data, the electronic contract is null and void.
The quantity you want to order can be entered in the number of pieces box.
By clicking on the "Add to cart" button next to the selected product, the goods you want to order can be placed in the cart.
In the upper right menu, click on the "Cart contents" button to view the contents of the basket. At this time, it is also possible to change or remove the quantity of products placed in the basket from the basket.
When you complete your purchase, if you want to order the product(s), after selecting the shipping method, the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee and the amount to be paid.
Our shipping fees indicated on Hungary website are valid for deliveries within its territory.
After that, you can complete the purchase by clicking on the "Place order" button at the bottom of the page. After logging in, it is also possible to track orders. After logging into the webshop, you can check the status of your already sent orders by clicking on the "Orders" button.
Our store system will automatically notify you of the status of your order by e-mail after placing your order. The confirmation letter contains all the information about the order. This can be delayed by minutes or hours, depending on the load on your system. In some cases, the confirmation email we send you may not arrive to you. In such a case, please contact us, as the lack of delivery of the confirmation may be caused by an incorrectly entered e-mail address, or by the filling of the storage space of your mailbox, or even by a system error. The automatic confirmation email does not constitute a contract. The contract is concluded when the Service Provider sends another email about the fulfillment of the order The system will send an additional automatic message about handing over the package to the courier. Our customer service will not notify you about your order by phone.
Since our stock changes from minute to minute, you may see that a product is in stock, but we are unable to send it to you. In this case, our colleagues will contact you by phone.
If you have provided incomplete, incorrect or incorrect data during registration, you shall be solely liable for any resulting damage or delivery delay resulting therefrom. In this case, we are not obliged to fulfill the order, and if the delivery takes place due to incorrect data, you will bear the cost.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account access data (in particular the password), so if you become aware that your password provided during registration may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party, you are obliged to change it immediately, and if it is suspected that the third party is misusing the password in any way, you are obliged to notify us at the same time.
By registering, you undertake to update your personal data provided during registration as necessary to ensure that it is timely, complete and true.
You have the right to request cancellation of your registration by sending a messageto info@jatekvilag.hu email address. Upon receipt of the message, we will arrange for your registration to be cancelled immediately. Your user data will be removed from the system immediately after deletion; However, this does not affect the retention of data and documents related to orders already placed, and does not result in the deletion of these data.
6. Shipping information
Packages are delivered Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm. If the ordered item is not in stock, our colleagues will contact you.

Package tracking: once we have handed over your package to the courier, we will send you an email with your Tracking Number to track where your package is. Once logged into your account, you can find the package tracking link for your current order under My Orders.
MyGLS Parcel point: In case of purchase over HUF 19,990, we take over the shipping cost in full, below that the fee is HUF 1,460. Fee for cash on delivery: 490 HUF.
MyGLS home delivery: For purchases over HUF 19,990, we take over the shipping cost in full, below that the fee is HUF 2,190. Fee for cash on delivery: 490 HUF.
MPL Parcel point: In case of purchase over HUF 19,990, we take over the shipping cost in full, below that the fee is HUF 1,590. Fee for cash on delivery: 499 HUF.
MPL home delivery: For purchases over HUF 19,990, we take over the shipping cost in full, below that the fee is HUF 2,290. Fee for cash on delivery: 499 HUF.
If you ordered the Goods without picking them up during delivery (except in cases where you exercised your right of withdrawal) or if the Goods were returned to the Seller with a sign not sought, the Seller makes the execution of the order subject to advance payment of the purchase price and shipping costs.
The Seller may withhold the delivery of the Goods until he is satisfied that the price of the Goods has been successfully paid using the electronic payment solution (including in the case of Goods paid by bank transfer, the Buyer transfers the purchase price in the currency of his Member State and the Seller does not receive the full amount of the purchase price and shipping fee due to conversion, bank commissions and costs). If the price of the Goods has not been paid in full, the Seller may request the Buyer to supplement the purchase price.
In case of delivery by courier:
Deliveries take place during business hours, usually between 8 am and 5 pm, so make sure you include an address where the person who will receive the package will be during the day.
If the courier does not find anyone at the specified address, leaves a notification, you can inquire about the package from the dispatcher on the phone number specified there. The courier will attempt delivery again the following day. If delivery is unsuccessful a second time, the courier will bring the goods back to our premises and the order will be cancelled.
By receiving the product from the courier or signing the document confirming receipt, the quantity and quality of the product is received. This means that you can only exercise your right of withdrawal after receipt, therefore we cannot accept quantitative and qualitative complaints after the departure of the person making the delivery. The default shipping and billing address is the address you provided during registration (if you have already registered with us), but you have the option to enter a new address under "My details".
For delivery at a MyGLS pick-up point:
Pick-up can take place during the opening hours of the pick-up point, usually between 9 am and 6 pm.

The advantage of personal pick-up is that you only have to pay the price of the ordered products, the invoice does not include any other costs. Of course, no shipping fees or handling fees will be charged in this case.
7. Payment methods
Depending on your shipping method, you can choose from several payment methods.
You can choose from the following payment methods:
- In case of personal pick-up, by bank card, Qvik or PayPal payment or transfer in advance or in cash,
- In case of receipt by courier service, in our Webshop by bank card, Qvik or PayPal payment, in case of cash on delivery by cash or bank card,
- In case of pick-up at a MyGLS/MPL vending machine, in our Webshop by bank card, Qvik or PayPal payment, in case of cash on delivery by bank card,
- In case of collection at MyGLS/MPL parcel point, in our Webshop by bank card, Qvik or PayPal payment, in case of cash on delivery by cash or bank card (depending on the utilities of the relevant parcel point).
In the case of cash on delivery payment method, in certain cases the Webshop charges a handling fee, which the customer informs about when placing the order on the website.
You have to pay the price of the order to the courier upon receipt of the package, so if you choose this payment method, please pay close attention to these:
- Have the price of the ordered product(s) with you in cash or by bank card. Only in this case will the courier be able to hand over the order.
- Have someone available at the given shipping address and have your mobile phone switched on to make sure your package reaches its destination!
8. Purchase price of the product
The purchase price of the product is always the gross price indicated next to the product (which includes VAT).
The prices shown are in HUF and include VAT.
Promotional prices are valid until withdrawn or while stocks last.
Our discounted prices available in our webshop are only valid for online orders.
The price shown next to the products is gross, which includes VAT.
The invoice is issued electronically.
However, we do not take responsibility for any incorrectly displayed price despite our diligence and/or due to a fault in the system, or for an obviously erroneous, unrealistic price (0 HUF) significantly different from the well-known price of the product. In such cases, we are not obliged to sell the product to our customers at the price incorrectly indicated on the website. If an incorrect price is indicated, we will immediately inform the customer by e-mail that the price indicated next to the product is incorrect and offer him the opportunity to purchase the product at the real price. In such a case, the customer may decide to order the product at a real price or cancel the order without any adverse legal consequences.
We do not take responsibility for technical errors, typos or incorrect prices. In the event of such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If you experience any technical errors or clerical errors during your order, please let us know.
9. Loyalty HUF
- Loyalty HUFs are paid when registering and subscribing to the newsletter, with which we give you HUF 300 - HUF 300 loyalty forints.
- The loyalty HUF can be redeemed at the first purchase, the total amount is automatically reduced by checking the use of the loyalty HUF.
- Loyalty HUFs can be checked and tracked under Profile/Discounts after logging in.
- All acquired loyalty HUFs are valid for 180 days from the date of crediting, after which they become invalid.
10. Data modification
If you are a registered customer, you can change your data as necessary by clicking on the "Change data" button after logging in.
11. Correction of data entry errors
The customer has the opportunity to correct data entry errors on the Webshop interface at any time at any stage of the order, until the order is sent.
12. Forgot password
By clicking on the "Password reminder" button, our system will immediately send your password to the previously provided e-mail address.
13. Right of withdrawal
According to Government Decree 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, the customer has a right of withdrawal (right to return the product, return guarantee) in case of online purchase.
In accordance with a government decree, the consumer may withdraw without justification within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
In the event of a written withdrawal, if the consumer sends his statement before the expiry of the deadline, it shall be deemed validated.
The amount paid by the consumer is paid by Attila Csató E.V. You are obliged to refund it no later than 30 days after the withdrawal.
The direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the consumer.
The consumer may not exercise his right of withdrawal after the performance of the entire service if Attila Csató E.V. has commenced performance with the express prior consent of the consumer and the consumer has acknowledged that he will lose his right of termination after the performance of the entire service.
The consumer should not exercise his right of withdrawal in the case of a non-prefabricated product which has been produced on the consumer's instructions or at his express request or in the case of a product which is clearly personalised to the consumer.
Furthermore, the consumer should not exercise his right of withdrawal in respect of a product which, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after it has been opened after delivery.
For hygienic and health reasons, contact lenses, face paint, false eyelashes, wigs and other products intended for direct contact with the body will only be returned if it can be proven that the product has not been used, i.e. its packaging and protective film are intact and intact.
Please enforce your complaint and your right to withdraw from the order in writing.
The language of conclusion of the contract is Hungarian.
14. Law enforcement, complaint handling
If the Customer wishes to complain about the ordered products or services, he may do so at the following contact details (depending on the place of purchase):

In accordance with the legislation currently in force, if the customer makes an oral complaint, the Service Provider will immediately investigate it and, if the nature of the complaint allows, remedy it.
If the consumer dispute between the Customer and the Service Provider is not resolved during the negotiations, the Customer may exercise the following legal options:
You may register your complaint in the Buyers' book, to which the Service Provider is obliged to respond in writing within 30 days.
The Customer may also lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Protection Authority.
In case of any discrepancy between the Hungarian and the English version of the GTC, the Hungarian one prevails.

subscriber or user.
Use Google Adwords conversion tracking
- The controller uses the online advertising program called "Google AdWords" and uses Google's conversion tracking service within its framework. Google conversion tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").
- When the User accesses a website through a Google advertisement, a cookie necessary for conversion tracking is placed on his/her computer. These cookies have a limited validity and do not contain any personal data, so the User cannot be identified by them.
- When the User browses certain pages of the website and the cookie has not yet expired, both Google and the data controller can see that the User clicked on the advertisement.
- Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie, so they cannot be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers.
- The information obtained through conversion tracking cookies is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who opt for conversion tracking. In this way, customers are informed about the number of users who clicked on their advertisement and were forwarded to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that could be used to identify any user.
- If you do not wish to participate in conversion tracking, you can opt out by disabling the option to install cookies in your browser. You will no longer be included in conversion tracking statistics.

Use of Google Analytics
- This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are saved on your computer to help analyze the use of the website visited by the User.
- The information generated by cookies related to the website used by the User is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored. By activating IP anonymization on the website, Google shortens the User's IP address within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand.

Newsletter, DM activity
- Pursuant to Section 6 of Act XLVIII of 2008 on the Basic Conditions and Certain Restrictions of Commercial Advertising Activities, the User may give prior and express consent to be contacted by the Service Provider with its advertising offers and other mailings at the contact details provided upon registration.
- Furthermore, bearing in mind the provisions of this prospectus, the Customer may consent to the Service Provider processing his personal data necessary for sending advertising offers.
- The Service Provider does not send unsolicited advertising messages, and the User may unsubscribe from sending offers free of charge without restriction or justification. In this case, the Service Provider deletes all personal data necessary for sending advertising messages from its records and does not contact the User with further advertising offers. The User may unsubscribe from advertisements by clicking on the link in the message.

The advertiser, advertising service provider or publisher of the advertisement shall keep records of the personal data of the persons who have given their consent, within the scope specified in the consent. The data recorded in this register - relating to the recipient of the advertisement - may only be processed in accordance with the declaration of consent, until withdrawn, and may only be disclosed to third parties with the prior consent of the person concerned.

- The fact of data collection, the scope of data processed: Youtube/Facebook/Instagram/TikTok's name registered on social media sites and the user's public profile picture.
- Data subjects: All data subjects who have registered on the Youtube/Facebook/Instagram/TikTok social media sites and "liked" the website.
- Purpose of data collection: Sharing, "liking" or promoting certain content elements, products, promotions of the website or the website itself on social media sites.
- Duration of data processing, deadline for erasure of data, identity of potential data controllers entitled to access the data and description of the rights of data subjects related to data processing: The data subject may obtain information about the source of the data, their processing, as well as the method and legal basis of the transfer on the given social media site. Data processing takes place on social media sites, so the duration and method of data processing, as well as the possibilities of deleting and modifying data, are subject to the regulations of the respective social media site.
- Legal basis for data processing: voluntary consent of the data subject to the processing of his or her personal data on social media sites.
Customer relations and other data processing
- If the data subject has any questions or problems while using our data processing services, he or she may contact the data controller using the methods provided on the website (phone, e-mail, social networks, etc.).
- The Data Controller deletes the received e-mails, messages, data provided by phone, Facebook, etc., together with the name and e-mail address of the interested party, as well as other voluntarily provided personal data, after a maximum of 2 years from the date of disclosure.
- Information on data processing not listed in this prospectus will be provided at the time of data collection.
- At the request of an exceptional authority or other bodies authorized by law, the Service Provider is obliged to provide information, provide data, transfer data and make documents available.
- In these cases, the Service Provider shall provide personal data to the requester only to the extent and to the extent that is strictly necessary to achieve the purpose of the request, provided that it has indicated the exact purpose and scope of the data.
Rights of data subjects
- Right of access
You have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the information listed in the Regulation.
2. Right to rectification
You have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
3. Right to erasure
You have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay under certain conditions.
4. Right to be forgotten
Where the controller has made the personal data public and is obliged to erase the personal data, the controller, taking into account available technology and the cost of implementation, shall take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to inform controllers which are processing the personal data that you have requested the erasure of any links to, or copy or replication of, those personal data.
5. Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the following conditions is met:
- you contest the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the restriction applies for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
- the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the data and request the restriction of their use instead;
- the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- you have objected to the processing; in this case, the restriction applies for the period until it is established whether the legitimate reasons of the controller override your legitimate reasons.
6. Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided.
7. Right to object
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of your personal data, including profiling based on those provisions.
8. Objection in case of direct marketing
Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. If you object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, the personal data shall no longer be processed for such purposes.
9. Automated individual decision-making, including profiling
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
The preceding paragraph shall not apply where the decision:
- necessary for entering into, or performance of, a contract between you and the controller;
- is authorised by Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject and which also lays down appropriate measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms and legitimate interests; or
- It is based on your explicit consent.
Time limit for action
The controller shall inform you without undue delay and in any event within 1 month of receipt of the request of the measures taken in response to the above requests.
If necessary, it may be extended by 2 months. The controller shall inform you of the extension of the deadline within 1 month of receipt of the request, indicating the reasons for the delay .
If the controller does not take action on your request, it shall inform you without delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request of the reasons for not taking action and on the possibility of lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority and seeking a judicial remedy.
Security of data processing
Taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing and the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, the controller and processor shall implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including, inter alia, where appropriate:
- pseudonymisation and encryption of personal data;
- ensuring the continued confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of systems and services used for processing personal data;
- the ability to restore access to and availability of personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident;
- a procedure for regularly testing, assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of technical and organisational measures taken to ensure the security of processing.
Communication of the personal data breach to the data subject
Where the personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, the controller shall communicate the personal data breach to the data subject without undue delay.
The communication to the data subject shall describe in clear and plain language the nature of the personal data breach and indicate the name and contact details of the data protection officer or other contact point providing further information; describe the likely consequences of the personal data breach; describe the measures taken or envisaged by the controller to remedy the personal data breach, including, where applicable, the measures to mitigate the possible adverse consequences of an incident.
The data subject need not be informed if any of the following conditions are met:
- the controller has implemented appropriate technical and organisational protection measures and those measures were applied to the data affected by the personal data breach, in particular those that render the personal data unintelligible to persons who are not authorised to access them, such as encryption;
- the controller has taken further measures following the personal data breach to ensure that the high risk to the rights and freedoms of the data subject is no longer likely to materialise;
- providing information would require disproportionate effort. In such cases, the data subjects shall be informed by means of publicly available information or a similar measure shall be taken to ensure that the data subjects are informed in an equally effective manner.
Where the controller has not already communicated the personal data breach to the data subject, the supervisory authority, having considered whether the personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk, may order it to do so.
Report a personal data breach to the authority
The controller shall notify the personal data breach to the supervisory authority competent pursuant to Article 55 without undue delay and, where feasible, not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. If the notification is not made within 72 hours, it shall be accompanied by reasons justifying the delay.
Possibility to lodge a complaint
A complaint may be lodged against a possible infringement of the data controller with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information:

Closing remarks
In case of any discrepancy between the Hungarian and the English version of the Privacy Policy, the Hungarian one prevails.
