Withdrawal procedure
If you are not satisfied with the product you have received for any reason and return it to us within 14 days (the cost of which you will be responsible for), or if you notify us within 14 days of your cancellation and it is returned later, our store will refund the price of the product (and the invoiced delivery charge) once your parcel has been returned. The cancellation can be made clear in writing (letter or e-mail) by completing and returning the Declaration of withdrawal.

* For all exchanges, please prepare the product to be exchanged or returned in sealed (preferably cardboard) packaging until the courier arrives.
